Kale, Pear and Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
2 stalks of kale, washed and leaves removed
2 stalks of mint, washed and leaves removed
1 medium pear, cored and chopped roughly
½ cup of coconut water
1 large frozen banana
½ cup of almond or oat milk (can be dairy milk if you prefer)
Method
In a smoothie maker or food processor, blend all ingredients together.
